MySpace NYC has been the quiet market-maker in borough real estate for over a decade. Since 2008, our team has worked closely with the biggest in Brooklyn, Queen and now Manhattan, to assess, market, and lease their inventory with record-breaking results.
Public data confirms our success in representing highly leveraged, opportunistic, and value-add properties, helping landlords refinance, manage, and grow their portfolios.
Our 3-pronged approach -- neighborhood expertise; industry-leading technology; and dedicated account management -- allows us to attract, convert, and close the best tenants for each property.
MySpace NYC is staffed by over 100 agents and managers who aim to create a premium end-to-end experience for our clients, renters and landlords.
Whether you have 200 units available in 6-8 months, or 2 units available yesterday, we look forward to working with you.
