Right To Advertise - Listing Agreement

  • Please provide pricing information if different from the rates found on the rental agreement (hereinafter the "Specified Rates")

  • Thank you for choosing MYSPACE NYC CORP (hereinafter the “MYSPACE”), to market the Property listed above.

    If it meets with your approval, please sign and return a copy.

    Terms of Agreement:


    1. You represent that you are the sole owner of the Property. You have employed MYSPACE as a real estate broker with the right to rent the Property with the understanding that the listing is to be advertised across multiple listing platforms INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Trulia, StreetEasy, HotPads, Naked Apartments,, Out East.

      This agreement shall become effective upon authorized signer's signature. The agreement shall expire upon apartment's rental or upon authorized signer's termination of this agreement.

    3. PRICING
      You authorize MYSPACE to offer the Property at the rates on the rental agreement or the Specified Rates provided above.

    4. PAYMENT
      During the term of this agreement when above referenced Property has a lease fully executed due to MYSPACE’s efforts as the procuring cause of the transaction, MYSPACE will seek and be paid its fee for service and compensation for services rendered only from the landlord, at a rate of 1 month’s rent for units rented only by MYSPACE and not specified co-brokers.

      MYSPACE is authorized to solicit the cooperation of other licensed real estate brokers who will act as agents for prospective tenants and to work with them for the lease of the Property. You agree that we may delay the invitation of the cooperation of the other brokers and any other marketing of the Property for up to five business days after you countersign this agreement, if applicable.

      MYSPACE is authorized to track all data related to the Property and will provide insight and reporting to you on a weekly basis from the effective date of this agreement.


      1. This agreement shall be governed by and subject to the laws and jurisdiction of New York.
      2. Facsimile signatures shall be construed and considered original signatures for purposes of enforcement of the terms of this agreement. Same may be executed in counterparts and taken together shall constitute the whole of this agreement.
      3. This agreement may not be changed, rescinded, or modified, except by a writing signed by both of us.


    If your property was built before 1978, you have an obligation to disclose to the Tenant and the Tenant’s agent all information known to you regarding the presence of lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards within this target housing. All information known to the Landlord’s agent regarding the presence of lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards within this target housing will be disclosed to the Tenant.
