Meet the Executives
Shawn Mullahy
CEO
Shawn is the broker of record and one of the 3 principals of the firm, overseeing development in both the residential and retail departments throughout the company. Having started as a manager and broker in MySpace’s Bushwick office, Shawn prides himself on his particular insight into that dynamic submarket. Shawn’s insight into the residential world of real estate is rooted in over 6 years experience as both an asset manager and property manager for SG2 Properties (now Fairstead) as well as a Riverdale-based family office. During this time he had responsibility of over 3,000 units.
Shawn has been recognized as a Co-Star Power Broker for his retail leasing work throughout all of Brooklyn, working as an owner’s rep for some of the most prominent Brooklyn landlords and developers. A 16 year resident of NYC and graduate of NY Law School, Shawn and his wife Mary both call Brooklyn home and when not at work they can be found seeking out the next great neighborhood restaurant.
Jordan McCray
COO
Originally from Atlanta, Jordan McCray moved to Brooklyn in 2012 and has lived in both Fort Greene and Bushwick. His favorite neighborhoods are Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, and Fort Greene for their abundance of great bars and restaurants. Before his real estate career, he graduated Cum Laude in marketing at the University of Georgia and in finance at Long Island University. Jordan McCray offers his clients unparalleled customer service and is currently over the Training Department, where he prides himself in developing all of Myspace NYC’s newest talent!
